What You’ll Do:

  • Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the organization’s President, ensuring continuous efficiency and successful operation at the executive level
  • Maintain agenda management, schedule management, documentation and support the President’s office for the entire organization
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, event-planning and support various departments as necessary
  • Handle basic contract review and personal assistance support as necessary

What You’ll Need:

  • Diploma or Degree in Administration, Accounting, or equivalent
  • 5 years’ professional experience in Executive Assistance supporting a senior executive
  • Perfect command of English and French (spoken and written)
  • Proficient experience with agenda/schedule management, travel arrangements, and general coordination
  • An outgoing, dedicated personality topped with a permanently-positive attitude
