What You’ll Do:

  • Act as a go-to contact-point for a major client product/project, overseeing every element of client management
  • Bring a product management mindset to the digital projects, leading strategic initiatives and execution for all product-related efforts in regards to UI/UX, performance, and more
  • Manage projects/work for client, managing creative and technical resources, budget, timeline of deliverables, and overall project scope to ensure success
  • Coordinate with executive teams on strategic initiatives for improving client experience overall

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent
  • 4-5 years’ professional experience in account/client or product management (digital products, applications, websites, etc.)
  • Strong experience working within a marketing/ad agency
  • Perfect command of English (spoken and written); spoken French
  • A driven, dedicated, and permanently-positive attitude at all times
